We stand behind every fragrance we sell. If you don't love your scent, we'll make it right.

Your Golden Guarantee — 14 days from delivery

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or refund. To start, message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 552 5051 with your order number.

Try one, return one

Because of hygiene rules for perfume returns, you can return up to 1 opened bottle per order under the Golden Guarantee — try your favourite first, and if it isn't right for you, we'll take it back. Any additional bottles being returned must be in their original sealed condition.

Return shipping

We arrange the return through our courier. Return shipping is 10 AED, deducted from your refund amount. This fee is waived if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, wrong, or defective items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo on WhatsApp to +971 56 552 5051 within 24 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping charged.

Refund processing

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer or as store credit toward a future order.

Delivery

All orders are delivered within 48 hours anywhere in the UAE. Before placing your order, please review your shipping address and product selection carefully.

Non-returnable cases

  • Orders where more than 1 bottle has been opened
  • Returns requested after the 14-day window
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
  • Gift cards (where applicable)

Abuse protection

The Golden Guarantee covers genuine satisfaction issues. We may decline repeated full-refund claims from the same customer (more than 3 separate orders within 6 months), but first-time and good-faith claims are honored without question.
