How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on every order, anywhere in the United Arab Emirates. No minimum order value, no surprise fees at checkout. Just order and we deliver.

How fast is delivery?

Every order is delivered within 48 hours of being placed, across all seven emirates. Orders placed before 6 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

Which emirates do you deliver to?

We deliver to all of the UAE:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes — we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) anywhere in the UAE, along with all major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email once your order is dispatched. You can also message us on WhatsApp (+971 56 552 5051) with your order number for a live update at any time.

What about the bundle deals?

Our bundle offer is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed:

  • Buy 2 Get 2 Free — 4 perfumes for AED 198

  • Buy 8, get 8 free — 16 perfumes for AED 792

Add the full quantity to your cart and the free bottles are applied automatically. Mix and match across men's, women's, and unisex — every 50ml EDP qualifies.

What if I don't love the perfume?

That's exactly why we built our Golden Guarantee: if you don't love your fragrance after the first spray, message us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange an exchange or refund. No long forms, no fine print.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, take a photo and WhatsApp it to us at +971 56 552 5051 within 24 hours. We'll replace or refund the affected items immediately.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

At the moment, 11:11 Perfume ships only within the UAE. We're working on expanding to GCC neighbours — follow us on Instagram for launch updates.
